Homoeo Paw is a subsidiary of Rinsons Health Care and provides homeopathic medicines and related products for pets and veterinary animals, including products intended for dogs, cats, cows, horses, buffaloes and other animals, subject to product availability and applicable restrictions.

2. Eligibility to Purchase
Customers may purchase products from Homoeo Paw for their pets or animals, subject to applicable laws, product restrictions, serviceability and availability.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and that the products are being purchased for lawful use.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, descriptions, images, prices, specifications and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
However:

5. Product Availability
Homoeo Paw is not a stockist of every product listed on the website.
We procure products from our suppliers according to customer requirements. Consequently, the availability displayed on the website may occasionally change before an order is processed.
If a product becomes temporarily unavailable after an order is placed, processing or dispatch may take additional time.
Where necessary, we may contact the customer regarding significant availability issues.
6. Pricing and MRP
Products may be displayed at their applicable MRP with discounts or promotional pricing where offered.
Manufacturers may revise the MRP or pricing of their products from time to time. Such revisions may occur once or more than once during a year.
We update website prices when revised pricing becomes known to us. Due to inventory and procurement timing, there may occasionally be a difference between the price previously displayed online and the price applicable to newly procured stock.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, availability or product information errors before dispatch.
7. Orders
An order placed through the website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.
Order acceptance is subject to:

Homoeo Paw may provide prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) payment options where available.
Online payments are processed through authorised payment service providers. Homoeo Paw does not directly store complete card or banking credentials on its website unless specifically stated otherwise.
Payment confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been dispatched.
9. Order Cancellation
Prepaid Orders
Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled by the customer after the order has been placed.
If Homoeo Paw is unable to fulfil a prepaid order, we may cancel the affected order and process the applicable refund.
COD Orders
COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once a COD order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through the website.
10. Shipping and Delivery
We provide delivery across India, subject to courier serviceability.
Delivery timelines displayed or communicated by Homoeo Paw are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery commitments.
Dispatch may normally occur on the same day or the next business day for products that are readily available. Products that need to be procured from suppliers may require additional processing time.
Courier delays, incorrect delivery remarks, operational disruptions, weather conditions, transportation issues and other circumstances outside our direct control may affect delivery timelines.
11. Courier Issues
Homoeo Paw may raise complaints or service requests with the courier partner regarding issues such as:
- Unreasonable delivery delays
- Incorrect delivery remarks
- Incorrect RTO processing
- Other apparent courier-related service issues
However, the final delivery operation is performed by the courier service provider, and Homoeo Paw cannot guarantee the actions or timelines of an independent courier company.
12. Customer Responsibility for Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code, mobile number and other required contact information.
Homoeo Paw is not responsible for delivery failure or RTO resulting from:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Incorrect PIN code
- Incorrect mobile number
- Missing address information
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept the parcel
- Failure to respond to courier calls
- Other information or circumstances attributable to the customer
Refunds will generally not be provided for orders returned to origin because of such customer-related issues.
13. Returns and Exchanges
Because many products sold by Homoeo Paw are medicines or consumable products, returns are restricted for safety and hygiene reasons.
We do not accept returns simply because a customer has changed their mind, no longer requires the product, ordered the product by mistake, or found the same product at a lower price elsewhere.
Eligible product issues may be considered for exchange as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
14. Refunds
Homoeo Paw primarily provides exchange rather than refund for eligible product-related issues such as:
- Expired product supplied
- Wrong product supplied
- Product damaged during delivery
- Product leaked during delivery
Refunds may be considered where Homoeo Paw is unable to provide an appropriate replacement or where an order cannot be fulfilled by us.
No refund is generally provided for customer-caused RTO, incorrect address, incorrect contact information, refusal of delivery, change of mind, accidental ordering or finding a lower price elsewhere.
15. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, design elements, page layouts and other original material, is owned by or licensed to Homoeo Paw/Rinsons Health Care unless otherwise stated.
No material from the website may be copied, reproduced, republished, modified or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
Product trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.
16. Website Availability
We attempt to keep homoeopathy.in available and operational, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts having jurisdiction over Delhi, India, subject to applicable law.
